Replacement Dual Diverter Assembly for B&B Nautilus P1 Water Control Panel

Question:

I have a Nautilus P1 water station. I had replaced the diverter behind the white handle but now Im having trouble with the blue handle which is kinda connected with the white handle. Ive replaced the blue handle but it didnt help so I want to order the diverter itself but Im not sure which one and would like help picking the right one. Thanks for helping!??

Hi Brant,

Sorry you’ve had to keep chasing issues with your Nautilus P1. Since replacing the blue handle didn’t solve the problem, the part you’ll want is the Replacement Dual Diverter Assembly for the B&B Nautilus P1, part # BM78GR. This replaces the two connected diverter valves behind the white and blue handles, which is why those two controls seem tied together.

The # BM78GR is made for the Nautilus P1 models 94141 and 94143 and has the 1/2 inch MPT plumbing connections that sit behind the panel. Since you’ve already been into the panel to replace the other diverter, this should get you to the actual valve assembly behind that blue handle instead of replacing another handle and hoping for the best.

Do you happen to know if your Nautilus P1 is model 94141 or 94143?

I couldn't find where it shows the model number. I am planning on ordering the part you suggested today. Thanks for the help! Is there a guarantee for the part in case something happens?
