Hi I have a 2008 boat trailer with Atwood disc brakes aka surge brakes, it is welded to the a frame , parts are no longer available for it, what can I weld on the replace it that will work with my disc brakes?

Welcome back Brandon! To replace your boat trailer's disc brake actuator with a new weld on one, I recommend the Dexter DX7.5L A-60L item # DX49FR. It is designed to be welded to a 3" wide trailer tongue.
The Dexter DX7.5L A-60L item # DX49FR is a 7,500 lbs capacity disc brake only actuator with a 2" coupler. This actuator also includes an electric lockout that'll stop your disc brakes from engaging when you're backing your trailer down the ramp or into a parking spot.

Also will I have to add a piece of 3 inch square tubing since my trailer is 3 inch c channel coming to an A frame style tongue?

Also I can add a 3 inch piece of square tubing to the tongue and do the offer a bolt on that will fit over the 3 inch channel?
