Thank you for the pictures!
For a replacement option I recommend the Dexter DX7.5L A-60 Brake Actuator w Electric Lockout - Bolt On - Disc - 2" Ball - Zinc - 7.5K # DX29FR to replace your current actuator. The # DX29FR has a 7500lb trailer weight rating, is designed for trailers with disc brakes, and is a bolt on replacement. You will likely also need a replacement swing away tongue adapter like the Fulton Fold-Away Coupler Hinge Kit for 3" x 4" Tongue # FHDPB340301 which fits 3" x 4" diameter tongues unless there a 3" wide channel underneath your current coupler.
If you have a different size tongue just let me know and I would be happy to recommend the correct swing away adapter if needed.
I included videos of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.

I have a Fulton swing away 2008 roadrunner trailer. Tandem axle 5500 pounds single axle disc brakes . Has an A60 actuator. the reservoir plug screws on to the reservoir but it is treaded through on the actuator steel. looks like the reservoir just bolts underneath with a gasket. If I can find parts I could rebuild but it looks like to replace I would have to buy the bolt on coupler or half of it if it would fit the welded Half on my trailer. In addition buying dexter actuator. Still trying to figure out how the Fulton Actuator comes apart. Has one bolt on the hitch and one Halfway back on the unit.
