Updated 08/11/2026 | Published 08/07/2026

Question:

i have a 2007 Toyota Sequoia. I removed the factory hitch to do some undercoating, and was wondering if you sell the hardware kits bolts for re-installation. Im trying not to use the old bolts if possible corrosion

Hi Scott!

We have hardware for the aftermarket hitches, but I don't know if there are differences with the installs between stock and aftermarket. I know the aftermarket ones cannot be installed if the vehicle came with a stock hitch, so I would think there are differences though.

If I were in your shoes, I would take the hardware you have to a local hardware store to get matching bolts and nuts. I know the aftermarket hitch we carry uses six M12x1.25, 45, CL10.9, YZ for bolting to the bottom of the frame and four 1/2-13 UNC, 3-1/2, GRD8, YZ bolts for the bumper area, but I can't say that is 100% the same as what you have.

If you wanted to go with that hardware set though, you will need our # RHK. This will get you everything that would have originally come with the Curt # 13440 hitch. You will just need to enter that 13440 part number into the box that says "Hitch Item Number" before adding it to your cart.

What are you typically towing?
