Hey Titus, congrats on your new trailer. I recommend doing the disc brake conversion over trying to adapt the air brake hubs to EoH. Disc brakes have better stopping ability and run cooler. You'll most likely have to replace the drums as well due to sizing and compatibility issues with hydraulic drum brake assemblies. Here are the parts you'll need for a disc brake conversion:

2 Sets of the DeeMaxx Disc Brakes item # DE32NR - These are 13" rotors that work with 10,000 lbs to 16,000 lbs axles. They have 5/8" studs in a 8 lug pattern that work with 16" or larger dual wheels. They will fit Dexter and Lippert spindles.

DeeMaxx Alpha Electric Over Hydraulic Actuator for Disc Brakes item # DE24JR - This kit contains, the 1,600 psi brake actuator, a breakaway kit, and the 7-way you'll be needing. The best part about this setup is the break away and 7-way are all plug in. You will need a 5-way connector like item # A30W5B for your trailer's lights though. It'll plug right into the wiring kit and activate all your trailer's lights, signals, and reverse lights through the 7-way. This kit essential serves as a junction box.

I'm not sure how long your trailer is so I am going to throw in three options for brake line kits that work with the recommended disc brakes and actuator. I listed them by length of the main brake line. You'll want to measure from the actuator item # DE24JR mounting point on your trailer's tongue to the center of your front axle to determine which kit you need:

15' Long item # HS496-152

20' Long item # 20TA-BLKIT

25' Long item # HS496-252
