Question:
I want to pull the trigger on a Timbren suspension enhancement for our 2019 Silvetado 1500 available from your site. Will we still have the same lifetime warranty and 100 day trial period?

Hi Gary,
Yes, the Timbren Suspension Enhancement System, part # T28MR, for your 2019 Chevy Silverado 1500 is backed by Timbren’s 100 day money back guarantee as well as their limited lifetime warranty. That gives you a nice opportunity to actually put them to work on your truck and make sure you’re happy with how they perform.
Timbren is also a really good company to work with if you ever have a question or run into an issue. During those first 100 days, they’ll work with you to troubleshoot the setup, and if they can’t find a solution that you’re happy with, their guarantee allows you to return the system for a refund. If it's after the 100 day time frame, you still have their limited lifetime warranty for the product.
What are you hoping to improve on your Silverado, rear end sag while towing or a little more support when you have the bed loaded down?

Thanks Heather. Exactly the info I was looking for. We've pulled our 4200 lb camper only once along a 50 mile stretch and discovered it lopes, almost gallops down certain stretches of hwy. Experienced friends advised us to install this suspension enhancement prior to even learning about that issue. BTW: We already pulled the trigger on our kit and anticipate it will arrive Monday. Thanks for your prompt response and reassurance. Kindest regards, G Cherkas
