Hi Mark, welcome back! It looks like you're well on your way since you already have the Blue Ox Aventa LX tow bar. The Blue Ox Base Plate Kit, part # BX1133, is exactly what you'll need for your 2013 Jeep Wrangler Moab, so you're on the right track there.
For the lighting, I recommend the Roadmaster 4 Diode Universal Wiring Kit, part # RM-15267. It's a complete kit that includes the diodes, the 7 way to 6 way coiled adapter cord, and the 6 way socket, so you'll have everything needed to connect your Jeep's lights to your motorhome while protecting the factory wiring.
For supplemental braking, my recommendation is the Demco Stay-IN-Play Duo, part # DM86VR, if your Class A has hydraulic brakes. It's one of my favorite systems because it's permanently installed, provides smooth proportional braking, and is always ready to go when you hook up. It also includes a wireless monitor so you can see when the Jeep's brakes are being applied. If your motorhome has air brakes instead, you'll want the air brake version, part # DM26VR.
The only other thing I'd recommend is a high low adapter to keep your tow bar as level as possible. I really like the etrailer Adjustable High Low Adapter, part # e52ZV, because it's easy to adjust and gives you up to 6 inches of rise or drop, so the motorhome and Jeep line up perfectly.
One quick question before you order everything. Does a fixed braking system that stays in the vehicle or a portable braking system that you can take in and out of the vehicle sound more conveneient for you?
