That axle uses a standard # 42 spindle, so the correct electric brake hub and drum assembly is the Easy Grease Trailer Hub part # AKHD-865-7-1-EZ-K. It's made specifically for 7,000 pound etrailer Easy Grease axles, so it's a perfect match for the Trailer Axle Beam with Easy Grease Spindles, part # e88GR.
One thing I really like about this hub is that it comes pre-greased and ready to install. The inner bearing, outer bearing, races, grease seal, grease cap, and lug nuts are already installed, so there's no need to pack bearings before you put everything together. It uses the 25580 inner bearing and 14125A outer bearing and it has the common 8 on 6-1/2 inch bolt pattern.
