Brake Controller Recommendation for 2026 Freightliner XCR Chassis Motorhome

Question:
Im looking for an electric brake controller that either includes the connector or an add on connector for a 2026 motorhome with a freightliner XCR chassis. Can you help?

Hey James, I did some digging and your 2026 Freightliner XCR chassis does have brake controller wiring but it does not have a connector that a brake controller can plug directly into. The Redarc Tow Pro Elite part # RED44FR that you referenced is a great brake controller and the one I recommend for you. You will need to wire it to the brake controller wiring that is under the dash of the RV.
