Question:

Hi, I want to tow my 2012 chev silverado 1500 4wd behind my motorhome. I already have all the hardware installed on my truck to hookup the tow bar, but I need all the wiring harness items to hook up the lights. My motorhome has the towing 7 way harness plug. Can you guide me to the right items I need to purchase?

Hey Jason, we have just what you are looking for with the Roadmaster diode kit part # RM-15267 for your 2012 Chevy Silverado 1500. This is a diode tow bar lighting kit that will splice into your truck taillight wiring and allow you to control the taillights of the truck from your motorhome via it's 7-way trailer wiring connection. I know you mentioned having a tow bar and base plate kit but do you have a braking system already?
