Hi Stephen!

While I do have an option available for you, there are no custom fit options for a 2011 Sprinter 3500, unfortunately. With that said, you will need to use something like the following part:

Curt Class 5 Universal Weld-on Hitch w/ Brackets - 2" Receiver - 44" Wide # C99CR

This will need to be welded on, but it has a lot of capacity (16K towing and 1.6K tongue weight) and tends to be the option I recommend when there are no custom fit hitches available. Especially since it is completely customizable and your current step bumper will not affect the install. It also has the 2" receiver, so it will work with a ton of accessories.

Speaking of which, what are you wanting to carry on the front of your Sprinter?

Hi Mr Lazer, we are wanting to put a two Bike one up hitch rack on the front, when you say welded on, in other words, it would need to be modified in order to match up to our frame mounts ?

@StephenW That is correct, unfortunately. There will be modifications needed to get this installed. However, since you said you are going to be using it for a bike rack, I may have another option for you. I am assuming you are already using your rear hitch and that's why you are wanting to add the front hitch. The way around this would be to use something like one of the following parts: Shank for Gen-Y Adjustable Ball Mount - 2" Hitch - 5" Drop/Rise - 16K # 325-GH-503 Shank for Gen-Y Adjustable Ball Mount - 2" Hitch - 5" Drop/Rise - 16K # 325-GH-204 These install in your rear hitch and basically give you extra hitches to use for things. One of the big plusses with the Gen-Y options is they do not cut your tongue weight in half like other options do. They are way beefier than other options similar to this. That said, I do recommend using an anti-rattle device with them. My go to is the Roadmaster Quiet Hitch # RM-061. It's a simple design that just works.
