Looking for recommendations for helper springs for 2017 Mercedes 3500 camper van Galleria. with dual rear wheels. Primary goal is reduced sway. Already have Hellwig sway bar and enhanced Koni shocks. Dont want air bags. Thanks

Hey Daniel! The best option for your 2017 Sprinter 3500 is the SuperSprings Custom Suspension Stabilizer and Sway Control Kit # SS69PV. These will give you additional support to cut out rear sag while also reducing sway and body roll.
They also help reduce wear on other suspension components, brakes, and tires. You're going to have a really nice setup on your Coachmen Galleria with the SuperSprings paired with he sway bar and shocks.
