I need a replacement a-c with heat strip ducted with wall thermostat. Old one is a Duo - Therm 590530-532 roof top for my horse trailer.

Hey Casey, the AC unit I recommend for your is the Furrion Variable Speed Chill Cube part # FR87TQ which has a heat pump built into it and is widely considered to be the coldest blowing, quietest, and lowest drawing unit available. This also has a remote that comes with it that can be used as the temperature sensor as well.
So this unit has a heat pump built in which is a lot better at providing heat than a heat strip which basically only kind of takes the chill out of the air when running. A heat pump actually will make it warmer.
