Diameter of Center Welded Section and Country of Origin of Dexstar Steel Mini Mod 15x6 Trailer Wheel

Question:
Can you tell me the outer diameter of the center welded in section of this wheel? My current wheels measure 12.5 inch and I want to make sure this wheel exactly matches. I found another from a different source that measures 13 inches and doesnt match. Ive attached an image of the dimension Im asking about. Also, where is this wheel manufacturered - China?

I went out to the warehouse and grabbed a tire that had wheel # AM20552 with it to measure. The welded on center section actually measures a little under 12-1/2 inches so I think this wheel is going to work for you.
Also there is a sticker on the wheel that says Made in the USA.
