Is this a radial tire?? And is this a tubeless tire???

The Loadstar ST185/80D13 Bias Trailer Tire part # AM1ST79 is not a radial tire, it is a bias-ply tire. In the ST185/80D13 tire size there are only bias-ply tires available. This is a tubeless tire.
