Hello Brian,
Welcome to etrailer! I'm glad you found us.
Based on the control board number you provided, 10B04301KZ (or 10A04301KZ), you will need the Replacement Printed Circuit Board and Switch for MaxxFan Roof Vents # MA10-04301K-V16. The number on your current board is the revision number, and # MA10-04301K-V16 is the updated replacement for both the 10A04301K and 10B04301K versions.
The swap itself is pretty straightforward. Start by disconnecting power to the fan, remove the interior garnish to access the control board, and take a picture of the wire locations before disconnecting anything. Then simply transfer each wire to the same location on the new board, reinstall the control board, restore power, and test the fan to make sure all of the functions are working properly.
Getting everything back into excellent working order so you can head out on your next adventure? Where are you planning to go next?

Fan circuit board and switch worked perfectly!! The “garnish” area can be a tight squeeze but we managed and it’s working for over 2 years now!!

I replaced mine and they have worked well for two years. It’s a bit crowded in the space but it can be done. Good luck.
