They sure can Jim! The Andersen Aluminum Ultimate 5th Wheel Connection item # 3220 is indeed compatible with the Curt Helux Pin Boxes like item # C65MJ. You will also need the Andersen HELUX Pin Box Lockout Kit item # AN64ZR though.

The Andersen HELUX Pin Box Lockout Kit item # AN64ZR is designed to stabilize your HELUX pin box when towing with an Andersen Ultimate 5th Wheel Connection like item # 3220. It's going to limit movement and pressure on the hitch ball.

Since your truck has the factory puck system, I highly recommend using the Andersen Ultimate Connection Adapter item # AN27VR. This adapter is going to install in the center gooseneck hole. It'll provide a more secure connection than a standard 2-5/16" gooseneck ball. It fits all of the manufacturer's puck systems.
