Hi Sherry,
For your 36' toy hauler, I'd suggest using the Ultra-Fab Ultra Scissor Jack part # UF48-979006. It has a 24" lift and is rated for 6,500lbs support capacity. Since your trailer weighs 9,800lbs dry, it should be around 11,000lbs fully loaded, so two of these scissor jacks would easily be able to support it. They also have a worm gear mechanism to keep the jack from slipping or sagging under load and ensure that it remains stable. It's all steel with a black powder coat finish to prevent corrosion and can be bolted or welded onto your trailer. I've attached a link reviewing how to use the scissor jack and its features for you as well!
What do you usually haul with your toy hauler?

I have smaller R-Pod camp trailer that I bought used. I replaced the original jacks (which were pretty well done-in) with these heavier duty jacks...and I don't have a minute of regret on the upgrade. Camper just feels more stable and secure.

I installed 2 of these on my Firest River Alpha Wolf (probably 7000 lbs loaded) and they worked great! Very Pleased, and thinking of replacing the other 2.

Well my toy hauler is basically storage. Ebike, dog crates, dog food, mini freezer, sewing machine, sewing supplies, fishing equipment, tools and anything else I think I may need or want on my trips.
