Will SumoSprings Kit Fit 2026 Toyota Tacoma Trail Hunter Edition

Question:

I have a question about sumo springs. I am a cancer survivor and have decided to purchase the truck of my dreams, which is a 2026 Toyota Tacoma trail hunter edition. Can always make more money. We can never make more time…. The one I am looking at is the 5 foot bed. tow a small camper. The camper is well within the truck towing specifications but I am a bit concerned about rear squat. I have used sumo springs on every Tacoma I have owned. But the trail hunter is factory lifted and also uses a rear multi link suspension with coils. I just want to confirm that the sumo springs will work with this Tacoma model in case I need them. Thank you so much. I love your company. Have used you for my truck gear for probably 20 years.

Hey David, welcome back! I'm glad you're still here with us and it's great to hear you are able to buy your dream truck! So I checked with SumoSprings and the # SS88FJ that you referenced does for sure fit the 2026 Toyota Tacoma Trail Hunter Edition. Where do you usually take your camper?

Thank you. Camper has been in 44 of 48 lower states. 120,000 miles on it so far. Many more to come.

Follow up question. They make two variants of the supports. Blue and black. Do you happen to know the model number for the black at etrailer? The black are stiffer and provide more support. Thanks.
