I have linked a video showing installation of Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch # 75528 on a 2010 Enclave; at the 3:30 mark there is a display of the receiver tube's height above ground when installed.
On this vehicle the top of the receiver tube will be approximately 17-3/4-inches above ground. The exact height will depend on the tire's tread depth and the cargo and passenger load in the vehicle.
If you need a 4-pole trailer wiring harness you can use # C56245 from Curt.
