Why is my 12V not Working After Installing PowerMax 30A Power Center?

Question:

Got it wired , all my 120 works great, says battery is charging when needs to, but none of the 12 volt will work, it seems likes it’s wired right, what is wrong

Since your 120V AC circuits are working and the converter indicates it's charging the battery, it sounds like the AC side of the PowerMax # PM47VR is operating correctly. If none of the 12V DC circuits are working, I'd first check that the battery cables are connected with the correct polarity, the main DC fuses are installed and not blown, and that the battery disconnect switch (if equipped) is turned on.

Can you tell me if the 12V circuits work when you're connected to shore power with the battery disconnected, or are they not working in both situations?
