Question:
Do the feet on tank sit flush with bottoms of tank or are they raised? Looking to bolt onto a pallet and wanted to know if it sits flush or not

Hi Robert, that's a great question. Yes, the mounting feet on the DeeZee Specialty Series 55 Gallon Transfer Tank, Part # DZ91750S, sit flush with the surface they're mounted to. They're designed to be bolted directly to a flat surface, so mounting the tank to a pallet shouldn't be a problem as long as the pallet provides solid support under the feet.
The mounting feet are designed to work with mounting studs and hardware that pass through the mounting holes, holding the tank securely in place. Just be careful not to overtighten the mounting hardware. DeeZee recommends only compressing the rubber bushings about 1/8 inch to 1/4 inch so the tank is held securely without putting unnecessary stress on the mounting points.
Out of curiosity, what are you planning to use the tank for, and will the pallet stay in one place or be moved around with a forklift?
