Hi i just recently bought the THULE Apex XT bike rack for 2 bikes. Item code TH9024XT. I am wondering if you are selling a bag for storage for this product or any suggestion and where to buy it. Because after summer I will remove my bike rack and keep it on the basement. I want it to be protected. Thank you

Hey Rodrigo, thanks for reaching out, and thanks for your recent purchase of the Thule Apex XT Bike Rack # TH9024XT.

As far as a storage bag for the rack itself, I do have an option for you, but I'm afraid we don't offer anything specifically for that. Looking thru our product selection, we do have waterproof vinyl storage bags like part # C18211 that would easily fit the rack. The bag might be a bit bigger than you need but it'll do a great job covering the rack and protecting it from the elements. So, if you're looking for an off-the-shelf product, that's what I recommend.

Or if you want to get creative, I'm thinking you could just get a tarp and wrap the rack up like a burrito and secure it with bungee cords or rope. That or I bet if you took a plastic trash bag or two you could cover the whole rack. Just don't accidentally throw it away lol.

Honestly, out of all these ideas, I like the # C18211 cargo bag idea the best. It's a much more durable material than a tarp, plus it has welded seams and a sipper flap that does a great job keeping dirt and moisture out. It even has straps you can use to snug down any extra material.
