Hey Sangtae!
Yes, you can still unload your 2013 Land Rover LR4's trunk with the Thule Arcos Tilting Platform with Large Cargo Box for 2" Hitches - 14 cu ft - 110 lbs # TH34FR98AB installed. Once installed, you're able to pull the handle and the box will tilt down, allowing you to open the rear door to load and unload the vehicle for your adventures without needing to remove the cargo box. This cargo box is a great option to load up your gear instead of filling your trunk.
Is this cargo box going to be for luggage, camping gear, or something else? Do you have any trips coming up that you plan on using this box for?
