Unfortunately, it is not Chad but I have one that is. The Atlas IV Double-Acting Hydraulic Trailer Jack item # ST73FR would be the correct one. It comes with the universal bolt on bracket but the entire jack casing is made of steel so it can definitely be welded to your trailer's frame. You can remove that mounting bracket if it's in the way or just leave it there and then all you'll need to do is scrap off some of the finish when you weld it to your trailer.

The Atlas IV Double-Acting Hydraulic Trailer Jack item # ST73FR has a 10,000 lbs capacity, is 34" tall overall when retracted, and provides up to 26" of total travel. We also have this double-acting jack in a kit that includes the hydraulic lines and fittings. I've listed them below by the length of the hose kits:

Atlas IV Double-Acting 10K Hydraulic Trailer Jack w/ Connection Kit for Dump Trailer

60" item # ST84VR

48" item # ST74VR

39" item # ST64VR

What kind of trailer do you have and what do you haul with it?
