Does the Curt TriFlex NEXT Trailer Brake Controller w/ Custom Harness - 1 to 4 Axles - Proportional need any additional wire harnesses to install in my 2021 RAM 1500 Classic?

Hi Bill!

The Curt TriFlex NEXT Trailer Brake Controller w/ Custom Harness - 1 to 4 Axles - Proportional # C38GV will indeed fit your 2021 Ram 1500 Classic with no other parts needed. That said, you will need to make sure you don't have the factory integrated brake control (also called the ITBC) as it will not work with that option. Guessing you don't have that since you are wanting to add a brake controller, but it's still worth mentioning.

To install this, you just need to plug it into a port under your dash to the right of your steering wheel (see included image), and then mount the controller bracket in a convenient location. This part does include drilling a couple screws into your dash, so make sure it's really where you want it beforehand. Also make sure there isn't an airbag where you are wanting to mount it. That's an important thing to remember. ^___^
