Question:
Can you send me multiple videos of the e-bike racks with a step through ebike getting loaded onto an ebike rack. All the videos I can find are step over bikes with the cross bar. Step through e-bikes are pretty popular. I am looking at the lower price range step through ebike racks.

Hi Dustin,
Thanks for your question!
I took a look through our site and wasn't able to find any videos showing a step-through e-bike being mounted on a bike rack.
When it comes to choosing the right rack for a step-through e-bike, there are a few important factors that help narrow down the best option, including:
Your hitch receiver size (1-1/4" or 2")
How many bikes you'll be carrying
The weight of each bike
Tire width
Presence of fenders
One excellent all-around option is the Hollywood Racks RV Rider Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes - 2" Hitches - Frame Mount # HLY64FR. The rotating frame clamps can be adjusted to grip either the frame or the seat post, making it a great choice for step-through bikes and other unique frame styles. It also supports bikes weighing up to 80 pounds each and tires up to 5 inches wide. Just keep in mind that this rack is designed for a 2-inch hitch receiver only and cannot be used with a hitch adapter.
If you have a 1-1/4-inch receiver, the Thule EasyFold XT Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Frame Mount # TH903202 is another excellent option. It offers the same flexibility with its adjustable frame clamps and includes an integrated loading ramp, making it much easier to load and unload heavier e-bikes.
If you've already picked out your e-bike—or even narrowed it down to a couple of models—send me the make and model along with the information above, and I'll be happy to recommend the best rack for your specific setup.
Out of curiosity, what kind of riding are you planning to do with your e-bike?

I echo the comments made by Mitch B. and Christopher. We purchased this rack to haul our two Lectric step thru bikes on the back of our 5th wheel. It was one of the very few that was certified for this purpose. The clamps worked well on the seat post. Unfortunately, we traded down to a travel trailer and this rack was NOT certified for travel trailers. The Hollywood rack is a great product.

This Hollywood rack was the perfect solution for me to carry two step-through pedego e-bikes; the rotating clamps allow you to position and rotate the clamps in any direction and also up and down to clamp on to the bikes. It is a very heavy rack, well-built, and i have had no problem with it; i use it on my class - c motor home and gmc sierra pick-up, both of which have a front mount receiver hitch so i can see the bikes at all times. i have also used it on a jeep cherokee on the rear hitch with no problem. You may find it useful to have some assistance to lift it and slide it into the receiver. i tried two other brands of racks and did not feel confident that they would last long, but i have no fear with this rack. Worth the extra money for a solid rack.
