Hello! Looking to replace existing fan in my 2025 Nucamp Tab 400 with MaxxFan Deluxe Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan, Thermostat, and Remote - Powered Lift - 10 Speed - Smoke...will this model work? Is there another model I should consider?

Hi David! Yes, the MaxxFan Deluxe Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan, Thermostat, and Remote # MA00-07500K will work as a replacement in your trailer. I would stick with this one, it has just about every feature you could want and the rain shield is especially nice to have.

@DavidM we actually have a full kit you can use, the Roof Vent Installation Kit # 344270KITW. Glad it was a great trip! Coming back is always the hard part.

Hi David, I put one of these in my 2006 Jayco Seneca motorhome. It replaced the original one that was not working and did not look good anymore. I installed it myself. Hardest job is getting all the old sealer and adhesive off the roof and make sure it's really clean. I used alcohol (not the drinking kind) to wipe and ensure all residue was removed first. There are only 2 wires if i remember correctly. It will take you about an hour or 2 which depends on how hot and how fast you work. Should really take less than an hour. Look for youtube videos on how to do this. They walk you through step by step. I really like this fan. It's great cause the fan is located over the bunk bed and no way my wife can reach it. The remote takes care of that issue. Good luck with this fan. You will not regret get one and doing this. Randy
