Based on the hub bore measurement you provided, I recommend using a Bearing Buddy designed for a 1.968-inch hub bore. You have a couple of options:
Part # BB1968 for the chrome-plated version
Part # BB1968SS for the stainless steel version
The stainless steel option is going to be preferable for marine applications and corrosion resistance.
Based on your measurement, I believe the 1980 Model Bearing Buddy # BB84SR would be too large to install properly in your hub.
