Mounting Bracket for Tekonsha 118271

I purchased Tekonsha Tow Plug Wiring Harness T-One Connector part 118271, can you tell me which mounting bracket is required for this tow plug wiring harness, PK12711U-26 or PK12711U?

Hey Edwin,

There is no difference between those two parts. Both will come with the exact same bracket and hardware.

The # PK12711U-26 is actually an older discontinued part number in our system. Pollak used to send us these brackets without hardware, and we had to add a hardware pack here at our warehouse. So part # PK12711U-26 actually contained the # PK12711U bracket and the PK11-926 hardware pack. Now, it's all combined under part # PK12711U for easy installation and will work perfectly with the # 118271. Is this going on your 2017 Chevy Traverse? Are you using it to tow a trailer or to connect to accessories?
