What grease are these packed with? I have ez-lube axles and would like to add grease, can I use any lithium grease such as Red n Tacky?

Hey Andrew! Dexter uses lithium complex in their hubs like the Dexter Trailer Idler Hub Assembly # 8-258-5UC1-EZ. You can use Red "N" Tacky if you already have it, or we have the LubriMatic LMX Industrial Strength Grease # L11390 which is also compatible.
