Hey Zachary,

The difference between these two connectors is how they install in your vehicle. The Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # C47WR (which is Curt's model number 56462) is a plug-and-play harness, meaning it will plug in directly to factory connectors behind your taillights. The Curt Powered Tail Light Converter with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # C59236 is a universal fit, so the wiring splices into your taillight wiring. The # C59236 is not necessarily a difficult install, but it is definitely not as easy as a plug-and-play like # C47WR. Because of that, my recommendation for you is the # C47WR.

To your wiring harness out of the way, I recommend you add Curt Mounting Bracket for 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # C42CR and Curt No-Drill Bracket for 6-Way or 7-Way Round Trailer Connector Mounting Bracket - Long # C57202. This will allow you to have the harness tucked out of the way and ready to connect to your accessories at all times.

Are you planning to use this wiring harness with a trailer or just accessories? If it's a trailer, does it have brakes? If so, you'll need Universal Installation Kit for Trailer Brake Controller - 7-Way RV and 4-Way Flat - 10 Gauge Wires # ETBC7 and a brake controller to go with your wiring harness and control your brakes.
