Yes, the Roadmaster Quiet Hitch can be used with a B&W Tow & Stow Dual Ball Pintle Hitch, as long as your hitch receiver has a collar around the receiver opening for the Quiet Hitch to clamp onto.

Roadmaster Quiet Hitch by size:
1-1/4" receiver - RM-061-125
2" receiver – # RM-061
2-1/2" receiver – # RM-062

It may be work for hitch and I do have a collar on receiver but lack room to tighten the u bolt down due to ram 2500 receiver design. Thanks for checking

@RogerB I get it, I've heard about that with the Ram. Take a look at B&W Anti-Rattle Clamp # BW65FR. This anti-rattle slips over the shank opposed to needing the lip of the hitch receiver.
