Thanks so much for writing in!

I reached out to Rhino-Rack to see if their Rhino-Rack Pioneer Platform Rack for Raised Side Rails - 59" Long x 49" Wide # RR87CP will fit your 2026 Subaru Outback Wilderness. They let me know that they are currently test-fitting the Wilderness and recommended checking back in a couple of weeks for an update.

For now, the option I have would be to start with the Yakima TimberLine Roof Rack for Raised Rails - JetStream Crossbars - Aluminum - Black - Qty 2 # Y39YD.

You could then mount the Yakima LockNLoad Platform Roof Tray - Aluminum - 60" Long x 54" Wide # Y05045 to those crossbars using two sets of the Crossbar Clamps for Yakima LockNLoad Platform Rack - Qty 2 # Y05039.

I know this isn't a direct-to-rail setup like the Rhino-Rack would be, but it would give you a platform rack option that's available for your Outback Wilderness now. I won't blame you on wanting to wait for the Rhino Rack option.

What do you plan on using the platform for?
