The tire size you referenced, B78-13, is a valid tire size. The metric equivalent size is ST175/80R13. The Kenda tire you referenced, # AM1ST74, is a radial trailer tire in this size. We also offer it pre-mounted on a 13-inch white wheel with a 5 on 4-1/2 bolt pattern as part # AM31985. This combination is rated as Load Range D, with a maximum load capacity of 1,610 lbs at 65 psi. Trailer tires should always be inflated to their maximum psi pressure as indicated on the tire's sidewall.
