Unfortunately, we do not Josh. The 10" x 6" Rim item # AM20053 is the only one we have with a 5 on 5-1/2 lug nut pattern. That's an extremely rare lug nut pattern for a trailer wheel. It's typically on really small trailers.
My only solution would be to find a replacement hub for you that has a the more modern lug nut pattern of 5 on 4-1/2". If you would like to explore this option, I would either need a part number off of one of your hubs or the part numbers stamped on the sides of the bearings inside the hubs.
