Hey Bruce, thanks for reaching out. We do have fixed ball mounts for a 3" hitch. They aren't exactly "identical" to the Curt # C45518 you mentioned, but we do have something similar. Take a look at the following:
- Curt Heavy Duty Forged Ball Mount for 3" Hitches - 2" Rise - 4" Drop - 21,000 lbs # C45430
This has 2" of rise instead of 3/4" rise, but that'll be the closest we have that fits a 3" hitch. If you need something that has less than 1" of rise, you'd have to go with an adjustable ball mount like part # ED304.
What kind of trailer do you haul? How much rise/drop do you think you need?
