Hey Scott. I appreciate you checking with us but I'm sorry to say we don't carry those brakes here, nor do we have an acceptable substitute. The Dexter 23-529-00 and 23-528-00 are older part numbers that were made to work with an AL-KO axle. The old AL-KO axles used a unique brake flange bolt pattern which is basically obsolete now.

We do have 12-1/4" x 3-3/8" brake assemblies for 10K axles like part # AKEBRK-10, but these use a 7-bolt flange that would not match up with the AL-KO flanges.

At this point, you will probably have a very hard time finding parts for your axle. It may be time to look for a new axle that uses a more standard brake flange bolt pattern.

How old is your Belshe trailer?
