I want to install a roof rack on my 2010 Corolla S with a sunroof. Many of the products speak about naked roofs. Will these Thule and Rhino racks fit?

A vehicle with a naked roof is one with no factory-installed side rails or crossbars. The roof is naked when it comes to a roof rack.
My personal recommendation for a roof rack would be for the Rhino-Rack Roof Rack System with Vortex Aero Crossbars, # RRVA118B-2, # RRRLKVA, # DK152. The Vortex Aero bars in this system are lightweight, stylish, and aerodynamic for a quiet ride even at highway speeds.
