I have a special situation with my trailer in which I am trying to provide air for the intake of a window air conditioning unit housed inside the trailer.

The Ventline Vanair Trailer Roof Vent part # VP-543SP that you referenced is reversible. I went and pulled one from our warehouse and when you switch the ground and power wires the direction of the fan motor changes so it should work well for you.
