Can 24x64 etrailer Cargo Carrier Mount To C-Shaped Bumper

Question:

I am looking for a bumper mount storage rack. Your e83YR looks like what I want but my trailer does not have a square rear bumper. Its more of a C shaped piece of heavy steal so I would have to use some sort of spacer to fill the gap when I mount it to the bumper. If that didnt work do you take returns?

Hey Mitch! If you can add in material that can handle the weight so it matches a 4" x 4" or 4-1/2" x 4" bumper that will work. A lot of people also choose to weld the # e83YR onto their bumper. This is probably a better solution, and will be more secure for your bumper design. I went ahead and attached the link to our return policy further down on this page for your reference.

This bumper rack is well made and easy to install. Make sure to use the heavy duty brackets included. I didn’t and had to repair my bumper as well as almost losing my generator. Not the racks fault. Totally mine. It’s a great product

This bumper carrier is a very well made product, very sturdy. Depending on your rig, I would definitely use the support brackets supplied. I have a 2023 outdoors RV 24 RLS and it's got some serious bracing under the bumper already. The biggest thing I would suggest for anyone is measure your bumper before you buy. What I thought was a 4-in bumper was actually about four and a quarter so I ended up doing a lot of modifications to the brackets to fit. I do it again, it is a good product.
