The Curt # C17121 is a replacement weight distribution shank, I don't see a tube mount available option. If you can let me know what you're looking to mount, I'd be happy to help find a solution.

I have an old hitch with holes spaced 1 1/4” on center. I lost my adjustable Tri ball mount which had 2) 5/8” holes 2 1/2” on center. Don’t know what brand it is. I saw that the Curt 17121 had the same size holes and spacing so I was hoping to find a replacement mount for what I have
