Yes, you can use the Redline Linchpin # LP316 in place of the clip # 37201131.
The clip itself isn't load-bearing. Its job is simply to keep the hitch pin from backing out while you're towing, and the linchpin will accomplish that just as well. As long as the linchpin fits securely through the hole in the hitch pin, you'll be good to go.
