I’m replacing a Coleman-Mach on my camper, but the old paperwork is long gone. How do I know if I can use just the CM97RR rooftop unit or if I need the inside parts too? Kiana

Hey Kiana! The easiest place to start is the data tag on your current rooftop unit. If your existing Coleman-Mach system does not specifically show R32 compatibility or if it's from before 2024, it's probably the older style and I'd replace the matching interior parts along with the rooftop unit. There should also be part numbers on the ac unit or ceiling unit to cross reference.

The Coleman-Mach Signature Mach 3 # CM97RR is the 13,500 Btu rooftop unit only for the new R32 refrigerant setup. For a ductless setup, use the Coleman-Mach Deluxe Air Distribution Box # CM46RR. For a ducted setup, use the Coleman-Mach ChillGrill Air Distribution Box # CM36RR. Do you have ceiling vents throughout the camper, Kiana?
