Question:
Does this airlift kit replace the existing coils or does it out further out as more of a support system. Primary function is overlanding and when the family is loaded up with all the gear even the upgraded skyjack coils are squatting about 1-1.5 inch. All payload, no tongue weight.

Hey Dustin. Thanks for your question.
The Air Lift LoadLifter Air Helper Spring Kit # AL88FF doesn’t replace your factory coil springs. Instead, it installs in place of your existing jounce bumpers, so your coils stay right where they are.
This setup works really well for leveling things out when you’ve got the whole family and gear loaded up in your Gladiator.
One thing I wanted to ask, are the SkyJacker coils you installed the same length as your factory ones, or did you go with a lifted set? I saw they offer anywhere from about 1" up to 6.5" of lift. If yours do add height, you’ll likely need a spacer to make everything line up properly. Let me know and I can check on that for you.
