HitchMate TireStep Adjustable Step # HE4040 doesn't have a list of tire sizes that it will fit but it will fit on tires that are up to 12-1/2 inches wide. The tires that are that wide are usually large, larger in some cases than your 275/60-20s. I am confident that it will fit.
A step such as # S-150 would be more versatile. It provides either 4 or 8 inches of height and does not have to be strapped or otherwise attached to the wheel to use.
