It sure does Vincent. The Rhino-Rack RVP Roof Rack for Fixed Mounting Points - Vortex Aero Crossbars item # RRRVP27 has a 149 lbs capacity so it'll definitely work with your 130 lbs tent.
Please note that the Rhino-Rack RVP Roof Rack item # RRRVP27 only fits the 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee's with the factory flush rails attached to the roof. They measure 37-7/16" long for the front and 35-15/16" long for the rear so you'll want to make sure your tent's mounting brackets fit within that length.
