Hi Robert,
If you're wanting to use your PullRite SuperGlide on your 2018 Chevy 2500 6 1/2' bed, we have two options depending on if you do or do not have a factory puck system.
If you DO have a factory puck system, then you can use the Demco 5th Wheel Rail Adapter for Chevy OEM Towing Prep Package for a 6 1/2' bed part # DM6194. Since the PullRite SuperGlide fits industry standard rails (ISR) it will also work will your PullRite. I called Demco to confirm the fit, and they advised me that the Traditional version of the SuperGlide, the 3100, will NOT fit this adapter. However, the new variations of the SuperGlide like the 2300, 2700, etc. will work. The Demco Adapter is rated for 21K so if your hitch is rated for more, you'll be limited to 21K. Or vice versa, if it's rated for less, you'll be limited to what the hitch's capacity it. I've included an installation video for the adapter on a 2018 Chevy 3500 as well for reference.
If you DON'T have a factory puck system, we'll need to use Curt Custom Fifth Wheel Bracket Kit for Chevy 6 1/2' bed part # C16411 and Curt Universal Fifth Wheel Base Rails part # C16204. This will give you the mounting points needed for your PullRite SuperGlide hitch.
How much do you typically tow with your SuperGlide?

Robert: Claire H. is exactly right. I have a 2018 Chevy 2500 with the short bed, crew cab, and I use the Demco universal adapter for my Demco sliding hitch. I initially wanted a hitch that attached to the 4 pucks that came from the factory, but I also wanted a sliding hitch that was height adjustable. The Demco universal adapter uses the 4 pucks as hard resting points but uses the center goose-neck mount to keep the adapter attached to the truck. I'm happy with the Demco adapter. Hope this helps.
