Question:
Hello, I'm trying to find the hardwares to replace the leaf springs on my ezloader boat trailer. Is there a kit or anyway of finding the right parts: bolts, sleeves, and ubolts/plates? 3000 trailer capacity. Thank you!

Hey Eddie! To find the right parts we will need some more information. Does your 3k axle have a 2-3/8" diameter? Assuming it does, you can use the CE Smith U-Bolt Kit # CE23002.
How long are your shackle straps center hole to center hole? If they measure 3-1/8" you can use the Dexter Single Axle Standard Duty Suspension Kit # K71-403-00. You can also upgrade with the Dexter Heavy Duty Suspension Upgrade Kit for Single Axle Trailers # K71-358-00. This comes with wet bolts, steel bushings, and 1/2" thick shackle straps.
If you have different measurements, or tandem axles, let me know in the comments below.
Where are you headed next with your boat once you get your trailer up and running again?

Eddie X - I recently used the U-bolt kit for a 3500# axle. These parts are not complicated. When I ordered my parts, I looked at what was existing on the trailer and made sure that the u-bolts matched the axle diameter and overall length. Also, made sure the plates matched as well. When selecting parts, scroll down to the info section on the parts. etrailer does a really good job of providing parts specifications and dimensions.
