Question:

Will this light work in a 1 inch KO? I’m having issues finding one that will.

Hey Ron, the one you're looking at might work. The LED Trailer Mini Clearance and Side Marker Light with Grommet # OPT64NR technically fits a 3/4" hole with the included grommet, but if the hole is exactly 1" and nothing over, then this will still work since the grommet is 1-1/4" in diameter.

We don't have anything that specifically fits a 1" hole so that is going to be the closest option.

What type of trailer is this going on?

It’s not going on a trailer, it’s going onto a stake body bed that has knock outs for back up sensors. Those holes are one inch in diameter.

@AndrewN So is there a solution? Is a there a light that will fit into that sized hole or on slightly larger that I can slightly enlarge the existing hole? I don’t have a lot of material to work with.

@BrunkerR Unfortunately I don't see anything for a 1" hole, but the one for a 3/4" hole has a grommet that is over 1" a bit, so it may still work for you even if it's not as tight in the hole. We've recommended that setup before.
